The Hero’s Journey

Yesterday I had the opportunity to attend a leadership seminar held by our local SHRM chapter. The title of the seminar was “The Hero’s Journey”. I did not have any clue as to what this seminar would be about but I’m a self-improvement junkie and feel there is always room for improvement. To my delight, this was one seminar that totally blew me away.
